Newimal Bones

Here is my drawing of the skeletal structure of a Tippo (turtle/hippo) which shows the bones that make it. I made the spine extra long as it had to fit within the shell of the Tippo. I also made the bones small to show that the shell makes the Tippo seem much bigger than it truly is while also providing protection. All primary bones are in this drawing such as ribs, legs, and the skull/jaw making this creature realistic looking. The Tippo also has a tail that is rarely seen as it is so short that it almos never goes outside of the shell but provides stability and allows the Tippo to flip itself back over if it is stuck on its back.
